It also has a large third-party app marketplace and dedicated mobile apps for iOS and Android, so field teams and managers on the move have a first-class native experience. Any team evaluating a monday.com alternative should weigh those strengths honestly — they are real and mature.

monday.com is cloud SaaS: your workspace data lives on their infrastructure, and pricing scales per seat as your team grows. Stillpoint runs as a WordPress plugin on your own server — the same install already running your CRM and, if you use it, your WooCommerce store — with unlimited users on every plan.

That matters most when work data and business data should sit next to each other.
