Support for customers

Licensed customers get support from the team that maintains the plugin. Include your site URL, licence key, WordPress and PHP versions, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Billing & refunds

Purchases are processed by Freemius, our merchant of record. Invoices, payment methods, subscription changes, cancellations and refunds are handled through your Freemius customer portal or by emailing us — we can raise it with them on your behalf. See our refund policy.
