From checkout to customer to campaign, in one database
The lifecycle of an order
Orders sync live into a record and a deal
Orders sync on checkout, status change, admin edit and refund, idempotently, so re-syncing never duplicates. Each order becomes a ledger record — order number, status, total, currency, items, payment method, billing country, dates — and a deal in an auto-created Orders pipeline whose stages mirror WooCommerce statuses.
Customers become contacts with LTV and RFM segments
Every customer becomes a CRM contact carrying lifetime value and a configurable RFM segment — New, Repeat, VIP or At-risk — computed from their actual order history, not a manual tag someone forgets to update.
A store dashboard shows the numbers that matter
Revenue, average order value, repeat-purchase rate and top products sit on a dedicated store dashboard, pulled from synced order data rather than a separate analytics subscription.
Richer capture enables gross → net → total layering
Beyond the order total, Stillpoint captures gross subtotal, discounts, tax, shipping, partial refunds, coupons used, category, brand, variant and SKU, unit cost when your store records it, store or sales channel, and UTM parameters where present. That detail is what lets reporting layer gross sales down to net sales down to total sales, instead of showing one flattened number.
Win-back and abandoned-checkout tasks
An at-risk segment or an abandoned WooCommerce checkout can create a follow-up task for a rep — a person reaching out, not a generic discount blast — so recovery is a workflow rather than a one-off campaign someone remembers to send.
Segment-triggered automations create work and projects
Automations can react to a segment change or an order event by creating a task, a work item, or a whole project from a template — a VIP customer's custom order becoming a production project the moment it is placed, for example.
Marketing journeys driven by real store behaviour
Journeys and segments are built from actual purchase behaviour rather than form fills alone. Delivery of the email itself goes out through a real send adapter — SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Amazon SES via SMTP, capped direct SMTP, or a FluentCRM handoff — because Stillpoint does not run its own outbound bulk mail infrastructure.
What this does not do
Gross profit needs cost data
Margin and gross profit are only ever as good as the cost data behind them. Stillpoint will use a unit cost when your store records one, but it never invents a cost figure — so if that data is not there, neither is a profit number.
No conversion analytics, no attribution
There is no cart-abandonment or website-conversion analytics, no ROAS, CAC or MER, and no marketing attribution model. This is order, customer and segment data — not an analytics platform for ad spend or site traffic.
Multi-store consolidation is on the roadmap
Each install reports on the WooCommerce store it runs alongside. A single dashboard consolidating several stores is not built yet.
- No per-order or per-transaction fee — the flat licence price covers order volume
- Order and customer data lives in your own database, not a hosted analytics vendor

Ecommerce brand FAQ
Only where your store actually records a unit cost. Stillpoint can layer gross sales down to net sales using discounts, tax, shipping and refunds, but it does not invent a cost figure — if WooCommerce or a plugin does not store unit cost, there is nothing honest to subtract, so profit and margin are not shown.
No. There is no cart-abandonment analytics and no website-conversion tracking. What exists is abandoned-checkout recovery task creation from WooCommerce's own abandoned-cart data, which is a different, narrower thing than full funnel analytics.
No. There is no ad-spend integration, no customer-acquisition-cost calculation and no multi-touch attribution model. Reporting here is store and CRM data — revenue, AOV, repeat rate, RFM segments — not marketing-spend efficiency metrics.
Not today. Each Stillpoint install reports on the store it runs alongside. Multi-store consolidation into a single cross-site view is on the roadmap, not shipped.
No. Journeys and campaigns are composed and scheduled in Stillpoint (or handed to FluentCRM) but delivery goes out through a real send adapter — SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Amazon SES over SMTP, capped direct SMTP, or a FluentCRM handoff. Stillpoint does not operate its own bulk mail infrastructure.
